So I'm searching for recommendations as far as not having to deal with Kontakt. The MM-Bass sill remains my favourite electric bass VI. I've tried Trillian, Ample Sound Bass P & J, and a few others that were not to my satisfaction as far as playability and sound signature.
Scarbye asking whether future products he's teasing will be still Kontakt, but I've not got a response yet. The one thing that kind of breaks my heart is not having access to Scarbee's MM-Bass. I know they're in beta with 6.7 that will supposedly run native, but people have also expressed concern for all the other underlying processes needing significantly more time to make the transition (like Native Access). I've recently transitioned to Apple Silicon and successfully managed to steer clear of anything Intel/x86 based for my VIs, except Kontakt.
